Office policies and payments
Cancellation: Must be at least 24 hours except for emergency, or full fee will be charged. I try to begin and end appointments on schedule, so please be on time to avoid losing treatment time.
Rates: Charges are for 15 minutes to 2 hours. Call for free consultation to determine the best treatment plan for your needs.
Payments: Personal check or cash at time of service completion.
